Terrible experience. They charge you for diagnostic work that every other ortho in the metro includes as part of their complementary consultation. Their treatment philosophy is not conservative. I consulted 4 orthodontists - heckler was the only one telling me that my kid needs extremely drastic jaw surgery. Other orthodontist were shocked that this was a suggested treatment option. Beware. You’ll pay A LOT more here and may be undergoing a completely unnecessary treatment plan. There are so many other excellent orthodontist in KC. Just go somewhere else.
