Dr. Jensen agreed to take on my case after the first urologist that the emergency room called, had refused. Dr. Jensen throughly explained the procedure and told me what to expect once I left the hospital. His care and compassion are extraordinary.

My 88 yr old aunt, who has never engaged with sex, went to him and found out she had bladder cancer. He is not informative to his patients regarding what to expect after procedures, would not give her any pain medication, said the government would take his license if he gave her narcotics. He does return phone calls, does not spend quality time with his patients. And his staff told my aunt “take off everything from the waist down and put your feet in the stirrups”. Nothing to cover herself with. Very insensitive to the patients. I would not recommend him to anyone.
