Today, Feb.11, 2025, I was scheduled for a nerve ablation with Dr. Blount performing the procedure. i was to be there at 7:00 AM for a 9:00 procedure time and I was there at 7:00 AM. I was promptly taken into pre-op and they were getting me prepared for the procedure. At 10:00 AM I was told that they don't do nerve ablations there. I was there just a month ago for a nerve block that did not work but I was told that was what I was getting again because they don't do ablations. Dr. Blount said that they might need to do several blocks before it actually works but I said that isn't what I was scheduled for. I called my surgeon Dr. Jonathan Cohen and it was verified it was supposed to be an ablation. St. Thomas should have told Dr. Cohen that they don't do ablations when he scheduled my procedure. St, Thomas wasted my whole morning and is now causing me to be in serious pain for an even longer time. Dr. Blount has no concern for the intensity of my pain. I have been suffering from this for
