I was referred to Dr Magness to repair my hiatal hernia. I underwent a Lap Nissen Fundiplication. I was in the ER 3 times in the month after surgery with esophageal spasms. I told him that my wrap was too tight. He told me it was still swollen from surgery. 5 mths later, I lost 30 lbs b/c I couldn't eat b/c itwas too tight. I went to a diff surgeon, had a revision My hernia was twice the size,my stomach was in my chest and the wrap was too tight.Thankful for my new surgeon Magness won't listen!!
