Patient Reviews
Jul 17, 2020
sorriest visit to an office I've ever had in my life. Had to threaten to find a doctor that cares about the patient. I needed testosterone my level was 34 I was due for surgery. Being a Gulf War Veteran with chronic Fatigue syndrome . I needed the medicine for strength before my surgery. Since I had to argue with the nurses to get the medicine or I'm leaving. I made enemies that tried to get back at me by leaving balance with Quest Diagnostics they failed to pay my bill in full by leaving out justification for the blood test. I tried to give them the info from medicare 8 times in a year finalize the bill Quest threatened to send the bill to collection resulting in my credit rating damaged. I finally called Philadelphia office of the sergean to get the bill payed. that office has people there that lack basic morals and ethics. Ive stopped using this office. I'm going to change all my doctor's from Einstein system it sesames they hire without checking the character of employees.
