I had a horrible experience trying to make an appointment. My urologist referred me to this office, the nurse/receptionist was not very helpful and acted as if she did not want my business. Asking all kinds of questions that is already in my file information with Queens. THEN, to add insult to injury, I NEVER received a call back from this office. If I got this kind to treatment from the staff, I wonder what kind of treatment I would receive on the operating table.
