Friendly, kind and straight to the point about the problem. Says it like it is which is good so you know where you stand with your pain. Try everything to prevent surgery but which I needed. When he ever said what to do you do it cause he is the the doctor and he does know what is best for you. So glad I was referred to him by my doctor. Surgery was done in 2016
