Dr. Kettinger was my dr in the ER in Lynchburg. I came in with a mixed bag of random symptoms and he did his best to find some correlation between them. He advised me of my options for testing, helped me understand each one, and took time to talk to me like a human which meant the world to me. Although I wasn't his only patient, I felt like it. My results came back inconclusive and Dr. Kettinger delivered that result. I began crying because I felt silly for even coming into the ER, and this man literally wiped my tears and genuinely apologized for the fact that he couldn't give me a direct answer. I was and still am blown away by his bedside manner and fully trust him as an emergency medicine provider!
