I ended up with Stuart Topkis as my doctor for a Telehealth visit. I had a fever and was extremely sick and he proceeded to laugh at me, call me hysterical, say I shouldn’t be crying, and hung up on me. I have never felt so disgusted or disrespected in my entire life by someone. It’s a doctors oath to help people and he just mocked me as I was pleading. I ended up seeing another doctor who told me I had bronchitis and helped me right away. Stuart shouldn’t be able to talk to patients or people like that.
