Not a good impression from the start. I made an appointment as a new patient for 8:30 in the morning and took 1.5 hour off from work. I showed up 15 min early, as is customary, to fill out the paperwork and the receptionists were not even there! The Dr. did not show up long past my appointment time and I left without seeing her. The lack of professionalism on the part of the office/practice manager and the Doctor herself is astounding. If you make an appoint for 8:30 AM, make sure you are in the office and ready to see patients at 8:30. I will not be returning to this practice ever. If I could, I would rate my experience as zero (or negative 1 star)
