Experience after 10 months: Avoid this dental office – dishonest billing and zero accountability. I booked over a month in advance and provided insurance info early, yet the office never verified my coverage or obtained pre-authorization. They used materials and codes not covered by my plan, leaving me with a large, unexpected bill that should never have happened.When I sought answers, calls and emails were ignored. In person, I was warned the account could go to collections unless I signed an installment plan—for their own mistake. Dr. Patel later blamed me for “not knowing” complex insurance details no patient is expected to handle. He offered no proof, no responsibility, and stopped replying once I asked for documentation.This office lacks transparency, professionalism, and respect for patients. Their billing caused months of stress. I plan to file official complaints so there’s a record for others. Double-check every estimate directly with your insurance before agreeing to them.
