The pro's: Dr. Makhijani does care about her patients. No doubt about that. Both my parents are routinely visited by her and she does respond to inquiries and concerns. The Con: Essentially echoing what others on this board are saying. She tends to be highly abrasive. I'm not sure if this is a cultural thing, or a frustration thing, or simply an angry woman thing. She does need to work on that. Overall though, she does a good job at elder care.
