I recently received the bad news that I now can add a new incurable disease to my list of medical conditions, due to being incorrectly prescribed a class of drug that I had listed on my chart as being “Allergic” to. Dr. Ray added this class of drug to my list of prescriptions. It caused permanent harm and never should have been prescribed. I have suffered incredibly because of this and now have to live with a incurable disease forever. Be cautious and do your own homework because he may not.
