Dr. King's office staff is the worst. The office staff is, unfortunately, the face of Dr. King. Dr. King is a superb doctor, but her staff ruins her reputation.Whoever answered the phone ended up hanging up on my 91-year old mother. Unacceptable! Moreover, the office always cancels appointments made months ahead. If you're able to get an appointment. Great. But, if you do get an appointment, be prepared for the appointment to be canceled at the last minute.
