I went to Dr. Powell for treatment for actinic keratoses-I suggested to freeze them and she insisted she scrape them-less than 60 days they were all back-I returned to her and showed her that it appears no treatment had been done and asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere-she refused and asked me to contact my insurance company-I responded that I have a $5000 deductible and I had payed her in cash- I was surprised she did not back up her work or opinion-did not offer alternative procedure.
