My child has been visiting Sushil Mody in the past 5 years. Not sure what happened to his staff and organization in the past year and a half but services have become worse and worse. Staff doesn’t care about the children's needs, or show any type of care whatsoever! Today I called to make sure staff knew we were running late to an appointment, which front desk person replied it was ok as long as we show up before 6:30pm. I got there with my child by 6pm, doors were locked and lady named Mary Kate had a nasty attitude and claimed no one called and they can’t take him in. I drove 30 mins each way to get there in a rush yet they did not care . Yea Like I said staff employed in the office working for doctor Mody does not care about the patients needs and act like they don’t get paid to do their jobs.
