Child was denied service, nowhere in writing as to a 10 min policy of an appointment once is made. Receptionist just laughed and was very rude when I ask her if she was denying service even though my son had a toothache. I asked nicely and politely to speak to the Dr. they said she was with another patient to which I replied I’ll wait receptionist stated “ I don’t want u to waste your time” said Dr was going yo see another patient after this one , I told her I’ll switch my family to another dentist if he could not be seeing, she laughs , I just changed dentists for my whole family.
