Patient Reviews

The office staff is very unfriendly. Don’t try to get through on the phone. You won’t be able to. Dr Harold is great. I love going to her but I have to switch. I recently went to her for nodule on my thyroid she took a piece off and sent it out for testing. My insurance only allows certain drs. Instead of sending it out to a dr in my list, they sent to someone not on my list. Now I’m stuck with a $500 bill with this other dr. She might have to a of money and could afford this. However, I don’t. Why would she do this and not check on the dr she’s sending it to. I can’t take a chance so I will be going to my reg dr and going thru aultman hospital for tests
