I provided information that I would need an ADA accessible exam table when making my appointment. That was not provided. The nurse seemed irritated that I even asked. I thought it was abelist to expect someone in a wheelchair to somehow crawl up to a high exam table. The doctor continually interrupted me while answering her questions. Her vibe was very aggressive & she then asked me to remove my mask to understand me. I've never had a doctor not understand what I'm saying while wearing a mask. I'm immunocompromised and wear them to every medical appointment. She seemed completely unprepared for our appointment as well. I carefully filled out their questionnaire online in the days before the appointment. It was clear as day why I was there based on my answers, but I'm 99.9% sure she didn't read any of it. The entire appointment was exhausting and waste of my limited energy.
