Was referred to Dr Lavudi due to Stage 4 kidney disease. Her office told my doctor that they would not see me because I had missed too many appointments. Both my doctor and I were surprised since I had never scheduled any kind of appointment with her or her office before. My doctor tried to explain this to Dr Lavudi's people but they claimed they couldn't even see my chart because they had blocked it. My next option is to drive the 150 miles to Omaha to see a nephrologist, which is probably fine because there is some sort of miscommunication, and Dr Lavudi's office doesn't seem to care enough to help solve this mystery. I'm assuming that if they don't care enough to help figure out this mix-up, she is probably not the person I want to trust with my health care needs. I also see on her page that she is currently accepting new patients, so be aware that she and her staff are TERRIBLE at communicating. Can't speak about her medical ability, but I have no respect for her.
