As a provider myself I was shocked when it came to my experience with Dr. Grover… now I understand there may be stressful days and etc but it’s never appropriate to be condescending to a patient and have so many leading questions. We were taught in school to keep things open ended and show compassion towards a patient, this was unfortunately not the case with this appointment. I will not be coming back to see Dr. Grover.
