Dr. Mintz was supremely confident that he could stop my snoring. When I expressed skepticism that he could stop the snoring resulting from sleep apnea, he remained confident. The oral mouth appliance he prescribed provided modest improvement in my sleep apnea and no improvement in my snoring. Two sleep studies later, I am out of several thousand dollars with little belief that Dr. Mintz can solve my problem.
