Dr Rafi is the 1st and only Dr I've ever had in my 52 years that had made me feel comfortable starting on my 1st visit. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and she has never rushed me or made me feel like a number. She knows what she is doing and genuinely cares about her patients. My husband AND I both see her for both general health and sleep health. Her staff from the front desk to the nurses/assistants in back are all great! I saw a review giving her a 1 star and I can't help but to wonder if she was hard to get a hold of when she took her maternity leave. I have never had an issue with getting refills or getting a hold of someone when she was in office.
