They have canceled my appointment several times. I assumed it was because he had surgery or something more important. This last time they made us wait outside, but they took her name and phone number down before locking the door on us. After waiting a half hour, and feeling everyone else has been brought in, I tried knocking on the door, and no one came. I checked my phone and there was a message saying that I did not have a scheduled appointment that I had written down in my phone. Perhaps it was one that they had canceled; I don’t know. However, since they knew I was outside in the heat, would it be too much to ask for them to come outside and speak to me in person instead of calling me as if I were at home? After I made a scene at the door, they finally came and told me that he wasn’t even there that day. All of this, after I was waiting in the sun for at least 30 minutes. I was furious! As much as I do like Dr. Qureshi, I will not be going back. His staff is just plain rude!
