I first met Dr. Farooq when I was inpatient at CHS - Hopewell. I found him to be a kind, knowledgeable, caring physician. I continue seeing him in his office following discharge. At the end of my office appointment, all my questions and concerns are addressed. Thank you Dr. Farooq!
