I would give no stars if possible. My 9 year old broke his arm and we saw Dr. Bloom. We were astounded at his arrogance and dismissive scoffs every time we asked a question. He literally laughed at us for our questions. He then proceeded to tell us, “you wouldn’t know how this works because you’re not orthopedic surgeons”. We are adults with questions and functioning brains, so maybe try educating us instead of looking down your nose at us? He barely looked at our son and didn’t even take new X-rays!! He said our sons broken arm would most likely heal on its own with no surgery. We got a second opinion and were given a completely different course of action from a much more patient doctor. The bones had indeed moved further away from each other and would never mend correctly. I called to voice my concerns and asked to speak with Tamir Bloom or the office manager. I received no phone call back. When the billing department called to notify us of a balance, I voiced my complaint to them. (A second time) the Charged me for an hour + of services and a “treatment” and we were only there for 30 minutes. He did nothing but talk. The office manager called me back after the second time and I went over the whole complaint again. She was more interested in fighting with me and defending the actions and rude comments of Dr. Bloom than actually assisting. At first she offered to see if she could get me a discount on services but as she got more defensive she changed her tune and said there was nothing she could do for me now.
