Answering service does not page or message doctor if there is a problem with medication or UTI. Doctor sent message to patient stating a prescription was ordered (at wrong pharmacy). Called office and answering service picked up call. After discussing situation they informed me (patients daughter) they cannot contact doctor for medication or UTI. One of the main reasons women see urologist is for UTIs and the office sent prescription to wrong pharmacy. So this leads me to give a poor rating. I am not the patient but her caregiver.
