If there were a headline it would read, "She Shines!" When she greets you she looks vibrant, confident, and delighted to see you. Trust and respect are two of the qualities that she possesses that shine the most (this has been my experience). She is also thoughtful and generous. At the end of my first appointment with her she noticed my hands were full and immediately grabbed a green cloth tote bag from her cabinet and gave it to me. She leaves a good impression and I feel it's genuine.
