This doctor is billing us for our daughters birth from over 2 years ago. Our insurance covered everything at the time, so I'm unsure what their problem is, but my husband called to dispute the bill and experienced something that seemed like 'phishing' asking for our daughters insurance number and information that they should already have on file. Additionally, our household is already experiencing an enormous level of identity theft that includes our medical coverage ... So I find this especially suspicious and wish the provider the best in fixing this error. Work on your billing department and quit harassing us.
