I had a very frustrating experience with this provider and would not recommend her.I came in with a confirmed condition supported by prior testing and evaluations, along with significant symptoms affecting my daily activities. Despite this, I felt my concerns were minimized and not fully taken into consideration. Information shared during the visit also conflicted with what had previously been explained to me by other specialists.I did not feel listened to during the visit. I waited about an hour and spent less than 10 minutes with the provider. During that time, she appeared disengaged, including yawning and focusing on paperwork while I was speaking.I also asked about additional support options, which were not addressed or included in my visit notes.After reviewing other patient feedback, I am concerned this may not be an isolated experience.Overall, I left feeling unheard and uncomfortable with the quality of care provided. I will not be returning.
