Dr Tara Nelson diagnosed me with IGA nephropathy 5 mins after meeting me, told me I pee blood and I will always pee blood after reviewing my medical records in front of me very briefly! No blood or urine tests from her office were taken this was from labs taken by my rheumatologist prior to this visit. I had waited 3 months for the appointment. It has since been confirmed by the Mayo Clinic In Minnesota that not only do I NOT have IGA nephropathy my kidneys are not bleeding are in great shape! I’m so glad I got this second option! I have free hemaglobin in my urine and slight hemolysis due to my Ehlers Danlos!!!
