Dr. Fairlie always takes the time to connect with both parent and child during each visit, and really makes it feel like she knows us. She was instrumental in helping our youngest with breastfeeding troubles, calling and emailing to see how we were doing, and always providing encouragement and support. She is also easy going with some of our non-conventional medical decisions. Dr. Fairlie is by far our favorite pediatrician at Kaiser, we've been with her for over 6 years now
