Dr Herzog was hired in January 2024 fby me for a total smile makeover uppers and lower jaw. I have screws sticking out of my gums above my prosthetic plastic temporary teeth that are ugly and painful. My bite doesn't line up and she gave me an overbite. My teeth are 3 different colors, are crooked and I can't eat solid food since january 2024. I have lost 25 lbs and my health is failing from lack of teeth to eat and severe pain and suffering. I asked Dr Herzog for a refund so I could go to a competent implant dentist and was refused. all implants were installed improperly and need to be removed to fix the issue. I would never recommend Dr Herzog. My teeth Crack and break
