I waited in the enclosed exam room for 30 minutes. They knew I was not happy, Dr Brown came in and said, “Ferl free to take your business elsewhere!” I have NEVER BERN TREATED THIS POORLY!

Dr. Brown removed a large mass on my neck. Thank God it wasn't cancer, I was sure it was. He was so comforting throughout the whole process. He was a great support along with his staff and I highly recommend him to anyone.
