I was 2 minutes late to an appointment due to traffic, and was turned away and she would not see me. I had made this appointment 5 months ago and had checked in online and filled out all the forms, only for my time to be wasted because of 2 minutes. I understand a late policy and the importance of being on time, but this is simply ridiculous and I am finding another PCP.
