Terrible. I can't believe that Dr. Caron has remained a physician for Kaiser. That worries me about the kind of care Kaiser offers their members. What has happened at Kaiser to allow a physician like this with all the complaints about her to continue to practice medicine at their facility? It does not give one confidence about the medical care Kaiser gives their members. Kaiser should offer excellent care to current members before advertising on television to try to get new members. I have also experienced all of the complaints listed below and wish I had read the complaints before starting to see this physician. I find Dr. Caron to be argumentative and defensive and a roadblock to getting tests and seeing specialists. Dr. Caron is a very poor listener and I think does not have the care and empathy a physician should have towards their patients let alone the poor medical care she provides for her patients.
