She has a horrible bedside manner. I have been a patient at Cedar Sinai for 40 years and a number of times at ER and all the doctors were amazing. But there is always a first one amd Dr Raya is it. I have never met a colder and rudder doctor. Very unhappy is an understatement. I will follow her recommendation and do my best to forget how curt and dismissive she was and cross my fingers that next time I have to go to ER she won't be my doctor. Additionally to being cold and rude, in the middle of her exam her phone rang and instead of stating something like 'sorry need to pick this up' she simple left the room without a word and only came back when we had to look for her to get her back.
