Very unhelpful. Doesn’t seem to really care our well-being. I was traveling out of town and called in to get assistance from the Dr on call and it took 3 phone calls and 5.5 hours to get a call back. He didn’t even ask any questions about what was going on and simply said “ I don’t know you,so....” not a very good bedside manner. Thanks for wasting my time calling to get help from an office I’ve paid thousands too and entire family goes to the practice!
