My appointment was for root canal, students were in the room without my permission, no bite block in place therfore I bit down in the instrument he left in my mouth twice to remove the root. The filler/cement was filled to the bone not stopped at the root. Students were told I would absorb it. Now by body has rejected making infection worse and my 2 options are extraction or apicoectomy. He was careless, rushed and unprofessional.
