Dr. Ha seems caring enough, but when it comes down to getting things done he passes everything to his Staff. Dr. Ha is not very compassionate and not interested in patients problems. He never speaks to you on the phone instead he has his staff call you regarding sensitive medical procedures and problems. After seeing Dr. Ha for 10 years complaining of gastrointestinal problems he has come up with nothing ! He Is only Interested in giving me a Colonoscopy and Endoscopy Yearly as he is part owner in that separate part of his business. It's All about the $$$ and my insurance. To add insult to Injury my Hematologist tested me for a stomach bug that I picked up in Mexico over 18 Months ago. This was a major problem causing my Illness. Dr. Ha did not test for this. Dr. Ha is too not caring and not interested in his patients overall well being. Not Returning to his care under any Circumstances.
