I was a patient of Dr. Win’s while she had a practice up in Harris, NY. Since 2016, she had known me and I had never had one day of drama with her. There were no issues of safety or harm, and I was never hospitalized again, managing my disorder quite well. I was assigned to a new therapist named Karen Decher, who was such an abusive, unethical and incompetent therapist that I systematically lost every benefit and gain I had accomplished over the past 3 years prior. This would not have been possible without the permission of Dr. Win. Dr. Win who knew me all those years did not even bother to call me or verify any of this false information. She never once questioned Karen's competence or qualifications. Dr. Win is a failure as a physician and even as a sensible human being. Her lack of self-esteem and inability to assume authority when it was absolutely crucial, allowed this terrible excuse for a therapist to get away with negligence and misconduct. My advice? Skip this one.
