Horrible bedside manner, apathetic, all about money and scheduling surgery as 'only' form of treatment. Within 30 seconds of walking in our room, she told me and my 9 year old that surgery was the only way to fix her broken thumb. I followed up in Orlando with Dr. Taledano, a specialized pediatric orthopedic surgeon, and he numbed her thumb with a shot, put back in place, and casted for a month. My daughter is totally healed and better WITHOUT NEEDED surgery. Dr. Nguyen's called me 12 times over the 2 days after seeing her pushing to schedule surgery, which spoke volumes about the priority being money. This was even after I told them I would call them back once I decided. My husband had hand surgery from her. Horrible bedside manner, apathetic, and in and out in 2 mins. HORRIBEL EXPERIENCT.
