Was trying to get an appointment for my son. The front desk picked up the phone asked me to wait for one sec. And I was on hold for over 15 min!! When she came back on she behaved as if nothing had happened. I asked her point blank - "You told me to hold for one sec and you were gone for 15 min". She completely ignored my question and started asking for my son's name. I told her that with such poor service at the outset I don't need to see the doctor and hung up politely.
