I've been a critical care nurse for 45 years, so I speak from experience. Dr. Lau is the ultimate professional. I first met him when he was called in (from a traffic jam) while I was on the table to repair damage done by a much-less qualified doc. He arrived unruffled and was able to quickly address the problem caused by the ham-handed guy. And he doesn't even blink when I joke about how many donuts I've had.
