Dr. Phan is an amazing doctor. However, I waited over an hour and half to see him. Most of the time was in a freezing cold exam room, even though I did turn on the little heater. I was just upset, as nobody came to tell me anything until about 10 minutes , prior to Dr. Phan coming in my room.
