I had an appt 3 month or more ago for a night guard. Mine had broken and I am grinding and broke a tooth. They promised to make it and get back to me regarding my teeth grinding Jaw Pain. Well the last Dr who worked with me there is no longer there however this Dr said He would do it and has not. I’m in bad pain and having terrible headaches. They Were also very aloof when I asked after Dr Paul Kalish. I’d find new Dr’s. I am hoping to find dr Paul Kalish again.
