Dr. Bollaert is genuinely friendly and caring. He always takes the time to answer all of my questions, even if they are outside why I am being seen, and even if the answer is that he doesn't have the answer and I'll need to consult XX. He is thorough and patient, candid and straightforward, and GENTLE with injections. I wish I'd been sent to see him instead of the rheumatologists, or at least concurrently with them. I think it would have spared me years of unnecessary pain. I'm no spring chicken, have seen my fair share of doctors in my life, and Dr. Bollaert is my favorite, ever. Thank you so much Dr. Bollaert!!
