Dr. Marshall came in to talk as is normal procedure before surgery. Having been through a dozen surgeries, my two requests were simple but necessary.. I could tell he didn't care and my comments were falling on deaf ears. When I arrived in the operating room he put a mask toward my face while talking to another person. The mask was half on my nose and half over one eye. When I woke up the tape from my breathing tube had ripped two layers of skin off my outer lip and one layer from my inner lip, and my sore throat was worse than my surgery, in spite of requesting a small tube because of a small throat opening. Dr. Marshall treats patients like another pieçe of meat to get through during another day at work.
