I want to take a minute and thank Dr. Therrien for his exceptional care that he took with me in my recent visit to Lovelace ER on Thursday morning. I had come in with a concern for my oxygen saturation levels as I was recently diagnosed with pneumonia along with the added complication of Asthma. He monitored my levels and answered any questions that I had with complete comprehensive knowledge and helped to ease my concerns about how oxygen levels operate especially as it relates to my situation. I wish all medical professionals were as helpful and forthright with educating patients especially in an ER setting. Anyone else could have become impatient and not take the time to help me change my perspective on the matter. He also was able to fill important medications that I needed. He was also very kind to my husband who was with me as well. He is clearly very experienced and very thoughtful. Thank you, Dr. Therrien.
