I was assured by this doctor that a gallbladder surgery was 'no big deal' and I would be back on my feet within a week. It's been a month. I'm still experiencing severe pain. Which wouldn't be a problem if this doctor would take my calls, but he won't. Every time I call I either get no answer or an answering service. I have attempted to have him paged a few times about this pain but he doesn't return those either. I have attempted to contact him through the message system on MyChart and never get a reply. On top of that, directly after the surgery when I was in agonizing pain (so much so that I couldn't sit up to even drink water) he flat out said he thought I was faking it. I don't know how he's still allowed to be a doctor.
